We use supervised machine learning algorithms to analyse large sets of data and identify patterns and trends that can help predict what level of compensation is appropriate for a particular role.

This takes into account factors such as job title, location, industry, experience level, and education. By analysing historical data on these variables, we can identify key factors that influence pay rates and develop models that accurately predict the current appropriate salary levels.

With these salary levels we then apply the expected agency commissions for the pay range from our own market research (these are listed below) and deduct from this the anticipated costs of using our services (these are also listed below) in order to display an estimated saving.

Please note this is only an estimate and is meant for illustration purposes only. Actual savings vary on a case by case basis, but we are confident we will be significantly better value for money compared to using a third-party agency or tasking an internal line manager with the hiring process.   • For a salary of up to £40,000, our market research suggests an agency would charge an average 15% commission.
  • For a salary of £40,000 – £75,000, our market research suggests an agency would charge an average 18% commission.
  • For a salary of £75,000 – £110,000, our market research suggests an agency would charge an average 20% commission.
  • For a salary of over £110,000, our market research suggests an agency would charge an average 25% commission.

  • For a position paying a salary of up to £40,000, we anticipate a Thrive consultant would charge for 3 days work.
  • For a position paying a salary of £40,000 – £75,000, we anticipate a Thrive Senior Consultant would charge for 4 days work.
  • For a position paying a salary of £75,000 – £110,000, we anticipate a Thrive Senior Consultant would charge for 6 days work.
  • For a position paying a salary of over £110,000, we anticipate a Thrive Director would charge for 8 days work.
