We use supervised machine learning algorithms to analyse large sets of data and identify patterns and trends that can help predict what level of compensation is appropriate for a particular role.
This takes into account factors such as job title, location, industry, experience level, and education. By analysing historical data on these variables, we can identify key factors that influence pay rates and develop models that accurately predict the current appropriate salary levels.
With these salary levels we then apply the expected agency commissions for the pay range from our own market research (these are listed below) and deduct from this the anticipated costs of using our services (these are also listed below) in order to display an estimated saving.
Please note this is only an estimate and is meant for illustration purposes only.
